The clock rule (important)
Turnaround counts from completed intake, not from payment: 48 hours for Basic and Full, 4 days for A+. The clock starts when ListingPen has your product link or photos and specs, your top 3 competitor links, and your target buyer — everything the intake asks for.
If anything is missing from your intake, ListingPen will tell you exactly what is missing — the clock simply has not started yet.

Will this improve my rank or sales?
That is the key guardrail: no. ListingPen never promises rank, indexing, or sales, and no honest copy service can — Amazon controls ranking, and sales depend on price, reviews, ads, and stock as much as copy. What is promised is narrower and checkable: clean, compliant copy written to Amazon’s format limits from your real product facts.
Do you write for Etsy or Shopify?
No — Amazon only. Etsy and Shopify requests are referred to ShopLaunchpad (shoplaunchpad.co).
I sell a supplement. Will you write the claims from my brief?
Not silently. Medical and supplement efficacy claims in a buyer’s brief are flagged back to the buyer before anything is written, and they are not copied into the listing as-is. The copy stays inside what your product details support and what Amazon allows.
